About the Position

We are looking for dedicated employees with an interest in production and a knack for assembly for assignments starting continuously at Volvo CE Braås, through us at Adecco. In your role as an assembler at Volvo CE Braås, your main task will involve assembling vehicle components. Here you will have the opportunity to utilize your practical skills, as the assembly of each machine is done from scratch. This craft places high demands on you as an assembler, but also provides a varied and developing work environment.

The work group encompasses an open work climate where one works closely with colleagues, and great importance is placed on creating and maintaining a good working environment and collaboration with everyone around. The work is scheduled during daytime and/or evening hours.

About You

You who apply should have some prior knowledge and experience in assembly, preferably from the industrial sector. Furthermore, we wish that you also have experience from work that requires high stress tolerance, either from e.g. manufacturing industry or another area such as the service industry. For the role, it is required that you are responsible and possess a high work ethic and care about adhering to the organization’s routines, rules, and policies. As a person, you are driven and positively inclined towards new knowledge and development. You are conscientious and see your part in the chain and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Furthermore, you are a flexible and good team player who humbly takes responsibility for your own as well as the team’s performance, as well as contributing to the group’s well-being and enjoyment at work.

To succeed well in the role of assembler, it is important that you:

Have experience from similar tasks
Are responsible and meticulous in your work and contribute to an efficient work effort
Show interest and respect for your leader and colleagues
Are used to working in a fast-paced environment
Master the Swedish language well, both spoken and written

It is particularly meritorious if you have relevant vocational training or experience in industry/technology or vehicles. Please attach any certifications in your application, such as forklift or other qualifications.

About the Employment

Our client, Volvo CE Braås, is located 30 kilometers north of Växjö and is a world leader in its industry. Volvo's facility in Braås is where the world's first articulated dump truck was born in 1966. Additionally, the facility is the first CO2-neutral factory in the entire automotive industry. The organization is in constant development and therefore needs additional employees. The position as an assembler is a consultancy assignment starting continuously as needed. The duration of the assignment is 6 months, with a good opportunity for further extension. Working hours are during daytime and/or evening hours.

Please note that the position is part of our consultancy staffing, where you will be employed by Adecco and leased to our client companies. Being a mobile consultant means that you are employed by us at Adecco to perform work at client companies, where the workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area.
